Choose from economy, half-beaver, and full-beaver fur felt. Higher beaver content means a finer finish, better weatherproofing, and a body that holds its shape for decades.
Color
Seven colors to build from — black, charcoal, grey, brown, light grey, yellow, and white — so your hat reads exactly the way you want it to.
Band
Finish it your way with a self-band, tooled leather, braided string, or a feather accent. The band is where a hat becomes yours.
Blocked & Finished To Order
Nothing is pre-made. Each hat is blocked, steamed, sanded, ironed, and hand-shaped once your configuration comes in — then trimmed with your chosen band and sent your way.
